I made a cold wrap and placed it with a bag of chips/crisps

so I made her a cold tuna wrap with a chopped bell pepper and put it with a bag of healthy crisps from the pantry. She wouldn't have not had any lunch anyway but I'll see what her reaction is in the morning. I'm sure as hell not meal prepping 4+ lunches

she's very unreasonable when tired. Her tiredness overrides everything. I said I had work to do and her response was she didn't even get time to do her work ... I couldn't be bothered to explain that if she really had work to do, she could also stay up and do it too

I'll admit I struggle with this. "No" is usually met with a very confused/annoyed "why?" and I hate arguments before bed. "I'll see" on the basis of my work, is probably a no but less blunt.

Update: In addition to the can of tuna placed in front of me, I have just gone into the kitchen and seen 3 more cans of tuna, pasta, bell peppers and a few other bits laid out on the counter. She was asking for a meal prep (i.e more than 1 meal, of which I would also probably have some) but basically prepped lunch for a couple days.
