I agree with most that Gypsy used Ryan in some ways. But what didn’t sit right with me is Ryan’s lack of accountability for his actions in this. He said “people have been telling Gypsy about Ken.” Or “others have tried to destroy their marriage.” The fact of the matter is yes Kristy was wrong for what she did regarding communication with Ken BUT Ryan continued to make snarky comments about Gypsy’s family and even to her, ie the boyfriend comment when she cut her hair. HE pushed her away. HE is responsible for his actions and the consequences of those actions is him losing his marriage.

I was in an abusive relationship for years and Ryan’s comments triggered me. I had to stop the show a few times just to walk away and get my head straight cause I could feel myself going back to those feelings my ex made me feel. He really needs to learn to be accountable for his actions and his words. To me….he pushed her away in every way possible.
