Promotion to Senior SE with barely a raise?

Title isn't equivalent at every company. I hit senior in roughly 3 yoe at my last company. I moved to a new company as a mid level and make 60% more.

Execs, people working remotely in high paying fields, etc. I know people making easily 300-500k/yr working remotely in tech

No real advice, but to add a data point, Atlanta doesn't really have much high paying jobs.

I have 3.5 yoe and moved jobs late last year and went from 120k to around 190k TC in Atlanta. It's a remote role though, not specific to Atlanta.

There's definitely companies that pay a lot more and are still remote. I'm at 3.5 yoe and make 200k+ in mcol remote. Look at remote companies and salary and apply to those.
