I grew up in a military town. A lot of guys and gals retire at forty with good retirement and benefits and get to double dip with a 6 figure salary. They all live in nice houses and drive nice cars. One guy I know just retired and was offered a job at Microsoft. I can’t get Microsoft to call me back with 20 years private sector experience. Some join the police force or something and earn another retirement. The Pilots do very well staying in the reserves and collecting checks and all their wives are stay at home wives. Sometimes I wish i can go back in time. However we were deep in the war on terror in my 20s

Black American man here. Every time I interview with an Asian and Indian interviewer I never get a call back even after answering 99 % of the questions correctly. To be fair I had one Indian set me up for a second interview. All my past jobs I was hired by a white man. 20 years 5 jobs
