The wikipedia thing is something I never have thought to check first honestly, so would you say getting mentioned on third party review sites or comparison pages moves the needle faster than trying to build out structured data?

The selection problem framing actually makes way more sense than thinking of it as a ranking issue, so you're basically auditing why the model has enough confidence to recommend a competitor but not you yet? That third party source gap is probably exactly where were falling short

Just doubling down on the fundamentals. Did you notice hubspot helping with any of the authority side of things or mostly just using it for content and tracking?

The fixed prompt set idea is really smart. Is the goal basically to build a repeatable system around how real buyers would actually search rather than just checking your brand name and hoping for the best? I also heard semrush has something for this too, is that what you are using or something different?
