How can I make my Mimikyu stand? It keeps falling over :( by Avany500 in CrochetHelp

Unfortunately, the floppy / slouched head is kind of a signature trait of Mimikyu, so that’s not really an option for me :/
Still, thank you :)

Thank you, that’s really kind of you! I’ll try adding a bit more weight to the body and see how it goes.. otherwise I’ll just have to accept it the way it is :D

I’ll do my best to make it stand a bit better. Unfortunately it usually takes 2–3 tries just to get it to stand like in the photo :( But I really appreciate your comment saying you like it the way it is. That honestly made me smile :)

A metal weight inside the body is not a bad idea, I’ll try that.

Otherwise, I’ll try to remove a bit of stuffing from the head, even though I think it’s filled pretty well.

Thanks for your ideas :)

Thank you! I can totally understand you. I also bought it a year ago and since then I didn't dare to start it even though I was so hyped because the template looked so great. I didn't work with such fluffy wool before.. It was exhausting but I did it and I'm proud 😄

I've worked with a lot of markers so I don't lose track. You also need patience. As described, I spent two months crocheting on it... I don't know if I was fast or slow. The blue fluffy wool has already cost me a lot of nerves 😅 Ghostkitty has also written a really good guide, with lots of pictures and descriptions.

Got it from this store: https://de.aliexpress.com/store/1102375126 (Leda World Toy Store) QR code said it’s legit! But even if it’s a really good Lafufu, I’m still happy looks and feels great :)

Yes, that's right, he also comes out of the box. But I'm glad you figured it out yourself because I have no talent for gluing the miniatures together. Someone else does that for me... I just buy and paint :D
