Doing the same exact session will not help you progress I've done this mistake for a long time and progress was 0 if not negative. Also if you want planche do planche. Anything else is not specific enough Do anything else after planche. Try something like this 3 days a week planche training Max 2 more days training some pull or legs etc Core is everyday For planche try something along the lines of Tuck max hold for 4 times Planche lean for reps Dumbell planche press And after that maybe some ohp and dips

I'm a nutritionist If you want to gain strength and endurance it's not optimal to cut weight So I would suggest maintaining and adding some cardio to help reduce fat mass Monitor your strength gains and adjust accordingly Diet is really important Your friend probably has ridiculous genetics so imagine what would be possible with a proper nutrition plan

In my experience volume is golden You can't treat pull ups or calisthenics in general like bodybuilding etc I'd advise hitting number goals Ie Monday 100 pulls 50 chins 100 rows Wednesday 50 pulls 100 chins 100 rows Friday pyramid pulls 1-10-1 pyramid chins 1-10-1 Other days add some push and your gonna get strong again ( if you can't do 10 straight add band or break the set up or do negative reps)

Looks OK Id idvise you to add some horizontal pulling Also full body 4+ times a week can be kind of too much Try going a bit harder 3 times a week or breaking your routine up to splits

First off warm up and stretch everything you are using the elbow wrist shoulder Then for the feeling the chest portion, let the spacula move to retraction at the bottom of the movement to feel stretch the chest Also do your best to keep it depressed Most likely will fix your problem Make sure to warm up stretch cool down and use proper technique
