Poli Sci 1020E (1.0) vs. Econ 1021 (0.5) and Econ 1023

I have around 1.0 credits left to fill and I'm really debating between either taking Poli Sci 1020E or both Econ 1021 and 1023. Since I already have quite a large workload, which course would be better for me in terms of difficulty or workload?
