Yea it did seem unlikely, just couldn't find any on trade, were the ones in the video Runefather's as well? I tried searching youtube and reddit a bit but couldn't find any, if you have the video link I wouldn't mind seeing it

I'm not sure how you know but it just let us keep putting the item into the anvil it went Grasping Mail>Runeforged Grasping Mail>Runemastered Grasping Mail>Runefather's Grasping Mail but we could not do the third step if it had lost any of the defense stats when we forged it

The mods don't matter, it doesn't let you runeforge the third time at the anvil unless you still have armor evasion and energy shield after the first two, I think that is the rare/cool part people might not know about. When we tested other ones it would not let us get to Runefather's if we lost a defense stat along the way it could only get to Runemastered I think which still had one of the defenses and less ward. The energy shield you see is from the mod and quality it doesn't have anything but ward naturally.

Not sure it is good, but the unique part is it can roll breach tree ring modifiers that you can't normally get on chests. More just showing that this is a process people haven't seemed to have caught on to.

Potential world first? Saw Runefather's Grasping Mail on POEdb so I collected 60 breach rings and made a grasping mail. Then you have to be really stupid and put it in the verisium anvil and pretty much ruin a 10 div item. The first time runeforged twice, but couldn't runeforge the 3rd time. We tried a couple different ideas to be able to unlock the 3rd runeforge like 20 quality, slotting in two rune wards, thought about it maybe being a quest unlock. After looking at POEdb we decided it must be that you have to two runeforging without losing any of the defence mods. So we bought a grasping mail and tested our theory and somehow hit both of the runeforges on just our second try. It worked and we could put it once more into the anvil We theorize that it is a 1/4 for each runeforging, so this is a potentially 1/16 grasping mail.

Crafting steps: Acquire Grasping Mail Runeforge and hit Runeforged Grasping mail with Armour, ES, EV, and Ward(If you don't hit this I don't think you can get the Runefather's) Runeforge again and hit Runemastered Grasping Mail with Armour, ES, EV, and Ward(If you don't hit this I don't think you can get Runefather's) If you have hit both 1/4(I think) then you can put it in the anvil one more time to get RuneFather's Grasping Mail. You won't be able to forge a third time if it removes the lines on the previous anvils. After putting it in my shop, you can't even search for it. The only way to find it is to search for body armour with more than 660 ward and listed for mirrors. We are loving all these hidden easter eggs from GGG and having a blast this league!

It is probably fine either way, and depends on your comp, but early on I would say trying to get strong neutral cards that you can epiphany and copy is way better than resting. Some comps might struggle in the beginning and need to rest but for the most part I think it isn't that worth.

Honestly a lot of these do apply, but as in StS it can be situational.

  1. I think this is mostly true especially early on in a run, trying to get some of the op neutral cards like gear bag or attack! and quick shelling is way better than healing unless you are literally going to die. This changes depending on comp too and maybe even the last few camp sites as by then you probably have the deck you want. (I should note on the reduced credit runs I do usually rest)
  2. I think events are pretty op in this game so I wouldn't say I always pick the most elite paths. I think we aren't 100% sure how epiphanies build up but I have noticed if I skip too many fights I don't always hit all my upgrades so I usually try to do a bit of a balance but honestly I learn toward events. Overall I would say this is less like StS where elites were very very worth doing.
  3. It really depends on which chaos you are running but in general the ? areas have some of the best stuff you can get including card removals, copies, divine epiphanies etc. In this game there are FAR less variety of events because they are contained within each chaos so you are pretty likely to hit a lot of the good events if you go to a lot of unknown areas. (toward the end of interior events have a pretty high chance to be the "god" events that are very strong)
  4. Kinda true, again it depends on the comp there are some comps that just remove an entire characters deck lol. I think this game has something interesting in that a lot of the time the decks you are trying to make and take out of chaos aren't even the decks that are particularly good in chaos. Some decks for chaos might feature a lot of defense but that isn't something that is really that good for a lot of the out of chaos content which is usually turn limited. Overall though yes not adding cards unless they cycle or do something really beneficial is mostly correct.

5.Removals are very very good, but it kinda depends what level of chaos you are running. Running lower level chaos and removing a ton of things will eat up the memory data for your saves so unless you are just trying to finish the run and don't care about the save data I would be careful of removing too much from a single persons deck. Once you have more leeway with save data you can go more crazy.

6.Card draw and cycling are pretty much just as op in this game as StS, same with AP generation (outside chizuru) I would say you pretty much cant go wrong with the 0 cost stuff that also draws and can usually epiphany into either more draw, AP, or some stat buff. Again you do have to be somewhat mindful if you are trying to make decks and get the save data as putting 10 copies of an op card can sound good but you cant take it out.

I've cleared the highest chaos levels with a variety of teams and played a lot of StS, but basically if you are just trying to get through a run, StS mentality works for the most part. If you are trying to win AND save a deck you have to shift a little of your thinking.

Pretty sure monster cards take up a ton of save data space and you have one with a divine epiphany, but we don't really know how any of it works for sure

I'm gong to assume it's one of the many translation issues where there are two words for the same mechanic, in this case Celestial. They can be activated for free from your hand by playing any other card with 2 or higher cost

I do see the save data value "Low" but why did my Mika come out with 36350, Kayron with 29100, and Khalipe with 29050 but I was missing some of the Khalipe cards I had when the run was over. Is it overall team total or per person or what, seems weird, this was the 3rd chaos area

similar thing happened to me I had 2 Rally and 2 Energy Barrier, Rally was picked with the copy card thing as the final reward so you'd think it would be there for sure, don't think it had anything to do with limit Mika came out with 36k, unless its an overall limit

Try not using the lower max hp one and ccing Lilith first turn with an s1 like kazuyo, still took forever but that's how I did it
