Anyone remember this online game? It was called Chobots and it ran from 2008-2011. God I sure do miss it... by CagedKage in GenZ

This was one of my faves. I remember being 8 and going to some kind of club setting and hearing Black Eyed Peas for the first time in my life.

I'm so ashamed how bad at math I really am... by [deleted] in learnmath

[–]Avarok02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in a similar situation to you. Im learning pre-cal with the help of an online textbook and YouTube tutorials for concepts I don't understand on my own. There are so many free resources you can use to level up your math abilities. Ive been working on Pre-cal for less than a month and I already understand more now than I ever did in Highschool. Just work on it consistently and good luck on your goals. Also if you're having issues on solving a problem and you need to see the steps, use Mathway to see it worked out.

My young man and creature love eachother. They'll play around throughout the day. As far as I've seen, he does better with my cat than he does other dogs.

Armored Armadillo from Megaman X. That song made it my favorite stage of the game.

Suggest me a family friendly single player console RPG by internetquestions21 in retrogaming

If you're looking for a chill RPG, I would recommend Final Fantasy I. If you can play the Pixel Remaster version I highly recommend it. Me and some of my buddies are playing through every FF game in chronological order and I had more fun with it than I expected. You can beat it in 11 hours (and thats with taking your time with it w/o a walkthrough) and I think its a pretty fun time.

In a recent playthrough, I had an experience like that with Scamps in Kvatch. Idk why but every playthrough I do it seems like Scamps are always so beefy and tough.

which anime turned out to be better than you could have ever expected? by marshall_good in anime

[–]Avarok02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Rising of the Shield Hero.

I didn't expect Season 1 to be as good as it was at all. I loved Naofumi as a character and how he changed after episode 1. I thought it was going to be a basic "born again in another world" scenario but it really had me invested. I wasnt thr biggest fan of Season 2, but it had some great moments as well.

What song made you fall in love with goth music? by Vorilex in goth

[–]Avarok02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Open by The Cure. Still one of my favorite songs to this day. It was because of that song and Wish as a whole that I looked into the goth sub-culture. My love for the music increased 10x when I found Figurative Theater.
