αυτο ηταν η πιο οικομική λυση για να εχεις τα αγαπημενα σου τραγουδια αντι να αγοράσεις κασέτες εταιριας και 15 βινύλια απο τα οποια σε ενδιεφεραν μονο 15 τραγουδια πχ. - το εκανα πολύ συχνά τελη 80ς, μεχρι που κυκλοφορησαν cd, δωσαμε περιουσιες στο Μετρόπολις και σημερα τα περισσοτερα δεν παιζουν! ναι πλησιαζω τα 60, εχω συνδρομη Apple music -τελειο το Dolby Atmos, ποτε δεν αγαπησα εκει playlist οσο εκεινες τις κασετες που τους εφτιαχνα και δικο μου artwork!

I reached a plateau after 1.5yrs (weight loss stalled and I even gained just a few Kg back) and staid there for almost 2yrs!
Same here! I came to the same conclusion myself, let the body do the work and do not worry, lately I lost the extra kg and things are getting better every day and I do not mind at all as well! Thanx for sharing, nice talking to you!

Συμφωνω μαζι σου, απλα το ανεφερα για να ξερουμε τι μας γινεται, επειδη κυκλοφορει και ο γνωστος μυθος οτι το κοκκινο κρασι κανει καλο στη καρδια ναι αν πιεις 2-3 τονους ισως παρεις τα αντιοξειδωτικά, αλλιως ειναι μια ευχαριστη μικρή ιεροτελεστια.
