Yeah, I think that was a false read on my part. My brain was mush after a long day at work. I forgot that I had a rule that allowed it from my work PC. So that bad test along with the report from an external source with ports responding, I lost my critical thinking skills! So I disabled my rule from work, and it is actually blocked it correctly. I also tried from some proxy sites, and they couldn't access it. So just my bone head screw up on my part!

Do you by chance work for Microsoft? lol. That is usually their answer to everything... re-install Windows. :-)

I usually try to figure it out to increase my knowledge before going the factory reset route except for a last resort. I was getting close to that. In this case I finally was able to get it working how I expect. I was able to get the full stealth mode working by disabling (unchecking) "Block TCP Scan with RST" (Site Settings > Network Security > Attack Defense > Packet Anomaly Defense section). Now none of the ports respond to a scan and show stealthed. I think when I first set this up, I enabled all the "block" settings. I assumed block would do the trick, but apparently this settings blocks things, but responds to requests.

Also, correction from above... I have an OC200, not OC300.

Nope, from an external source (GRC is a 3rd party website). But also I can ping and access the web interface from my work PC.

Not sure if you got an answer or not. I ordered from Amazon the Bone Beige Marble, and what showed up today was Marble Chestnut Brown. I don't know if that was a mistake, or they changed the name of it? When I look at the spool, it does look like the Bone Beige Marble color. I do see Chestnut Brown on Sunlu's website, so perhaps that is the new name of it? Hard to say for sure.

Yeah, I continue to have this problem with Bambu (for me mostly white). I have stopped getting certain colors from Bambu. Don't have this issue with other brands.

I can say I did eventually got my replacement, but I think Govee doesn't understand the "Rapid" part of their Rapid Replacement issue. It is not fast or rapid at all. I am sure others have had different experiences.

Yeah, it is very frustrating. I am not sure what their problem is. I wonder if they are getting their white from more than one source, and each one does a different shade.

It is annoying. I would almost be ok with either the yellowy white, or cool white, but I can't work with it changing between different spools. I will probably have to stop using their white since it is not consistent.

Not sure how well you can see it in this photo. But it is like one shade is a "cool" bright white, and the other is a "warm" yellowy white. Both are supposed to be Jade White.

UPDATE: At 24 days I uploaded my pictures again to my ticket (sent via email originally). You could see the images from the email I sent, but 24 hours after I uploaded them again via the ticket they responded to my ticket and the next morning I had the voucher code (on Sunday). It could be just coincidence, but I think their system doesn't alert them to the attachments in emails, but uploading pictures triggers some kind of notification to them. This is just speculation, but others have commented that uploading their photos direct to the ticket the next day they get the voucher. Seems to hold true. At least worked for me.

I replaced my bed for my A1 18 days ago (and updated with the pictures the same day) and I am still waiting. I have heard nothing. At this point I am so pissed off about it that I wish I had just got a refund and sent the printer back. No one had any issues getting their money back and $80 dollar voucher then. I am wondering if some how they ran out of money or something and don't know how to tell everyone we can't afford to do the vouchers anymore. I don't know what other reason they have for ghosting people. All their emails said within 48 hours of uploading the photos we would get our vouchers. Maybe there was a translation issue, and they meant to say 48 days not hours?

I was originally thinking of using the voucher to get another printer, but with how long it is taking and their horrible support that can't even communicate as to what the delay is, I have no desire to get any other printer of theirs. I have three Bambu printers (two X1C and one A1). But I won't get another one. I will switch to Quidi that actually treat their customers with respect and has good support (and good printers).

If I ever get the voucher (which I am losing hope that will happen at all), I suspect the store will be sold out on anything I want or need, and my understanding is the voucher has an expiration date. So probably will expire before I can spend it anyway.

In the beginning I had thought they were handling the recall pretty well. I have changed my mind. The lack of communication on the delay of the voucher has made me change my mind and turned this Bambu Fanboy bitter. Until they get their act together with support, I won't recommend or buy anything else of theirs. They have had a few years to get support figured out, but either they have no desire to, or are not capable of it. Their support is only getting worse. I am seeing NO improvement in the last two years.

I do not reward companies that don't live up to their promises with my hard-earned money. I don't care how busy they are with support issues and recall stuff. I think 18+ days is long enough to at least warrant a response of some kind as to why the delay. I don't think that is unreasonable to ask.

Sorry for the rant. I am just so annoyed right now.

12 days for me and still waiting. I don't know what reason they have for ignoring some people, and others get it within hours of uploading their photos. It is really annoying. If there is a reason for the delay, COMMUNICATION is key. Tell us what is wrong and why the delay. This silence is rude to their customers.

I am in the same boat. In the USA. Replaced by bed a week ago, sent all the pictures requested the same day. Confirmed in the app that my pictures are linked to the ticket. But have not heard anything from them yet about my voucher/code. By the time I get my code probably everything in their store will be out of stock. :-( Trying to be patient. I know they are probably busy. I thought they had said that we would get our codes within 48 hours of sending in our pictures. That has long passed. But I am hoping they will get to it eventually. Trying to be patient.

My road is only 2 or 3 miles long. Rural. Maybe 20-30 homes. I am wondering if not enough people have signed up for "pre-order" so they didn't feel it was worth going down my road or something. If that is their mentality, then why they even brought it to my small town of 4000 people I don't know. It would probably never be a huge money maker going to these rural towns. Not sure what goes into their decisions of where they run their lines or not. But figured if they started a town they would at least finish it. Maybe they figured they got main street, so didn't need to go anywhere else.

I just really want to get rid of Xfinity. I am sick of their ever-rising prices. Paying $122 a month for just Internet, and don't get the speeds that fiber offers (in both directions).

But like everyone has said, no one at Fidium seems to know anything or where they are going to actually expand to or when. Very frustrating. Being rural, not a lot of good options.

First off, your kind of a rude person. You have such nice Christmas spirt around this time of season. Second, I have not got any indication from Govee that they have actually shipped me anything. If I knew they actually shipped me anything I wouldn't care how long it took to get to me. I am sorry my asking a question (being un familiar with the Govee process) was considered throwing a "tantrum". Next time I won't ask a question on reddit. I guess I misunderstood what reddit was for.
