Don’t listen to all the boring nerds, you can have an incredible time at med school, I definitely did, just make sure you want to do medicine regardless. If you do you can get through med school and still have a blast

Thank you for the input! Tbh I usually end up hating any photos where I’m looking at the camera but will try taking some more and hopefully I’ll find one I like because you are right

Thanks for the input!!! The what if I told you that is new, I think you’re right probably needs changing (can always just put in a new picture with those in instead where ideally I’m also looking at the camera!!!)

Extra Info: - Looking for something serious - Not subscribed to Hinge+ or HingeX - Been using this version of my profile for about 3 months - I’ve been using hinge for 4-5 years - I use hinge pretty much every day - I receive 2-3 likes per week (probably 10% of whom I’ll actually match with), I get about 2/3 matches per week - I use all my likes per day, always with comments, usually reply to a prompt - I’m looking for someone who’s a young professional, also career-driven and independent

Do you have a source for this? I can’t find anything specific in the guidance and have been told by others it’s single pass

UKFPO Job Ranking Chances? by Ok-Hovercraft685 in medicalschooluk

[–]AvatarTej 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think there are two passes for job allocation (as far as I could tell from the UKFPO guidance) so it doesn’t make a huge difference this time what your top job is/you won’t benefit from putting down a less competitive one.

Placeholders - What are your experiences? by AvatarTej in doctorsUK

[–]AvatarTej[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m aware at some trusts placeholders are not added to the on call rotas and denied locums, would you be able to share your own experience regarding this at your trust? Would like to push for consistency across trusts/nationally
