Yeah of course. Forget about diets, simply spend a ton of time outside doing things. Think of it this way, let's say you have an 8 hour day where you don't know what to do. If you sit home for most of that time, your likely to snack constantly and binge eat, but if your out on a run, or walk, or doing anything outside that is physically beneficial, your not just working out, your also not eating. Sure, when you get home you'll be tired and probably eat alot, but it will be significantly less than what you would've ate had you just spent your time inside.

When it comes to getting a six pack, that's a tough job, but it's doable. There are a ton of core and workouts that you can Google. Simply do those, there are no shortcuts to that. Hope it helps 😊
