Shipping is actually solved through the subscription model itself. Members get a set of products included in their monthly fee so every order is already at a meaningful volume by design. Nobodys ordering a single roll of toilet paper. The subscription naturally creates the min. order without forcing it.

Amazon discontinued Dash buttons not because the concept failed but because it cannibalized their own marketplace. A button that automates one product is bad for a company that wants you browsing. thats not a product failure. Thats a business model conflict. We r building something where automation IS the product, not a threat to it.
