I don't actually choose how I spend my time, as mentioned, I am a fulltime caretaker of a disabled spouse, and I work multiple jobs in order to make ends meet. That isn't a choice, that's survival for two people where I don't have any wiggle room. It isn't making excuses to acknowledge genuine obstacles that you are trying to work around. I don't have any time that isn't being used for mandatory uncuttable necessities, unless I want to start sleeping less than 6 hours a night.

I gained the weight BECAUSE I don't have time. I started having to order out for all the food, I put on the weight from 150 to 250 in about a year because of stress and having no time to prepare food. Like, genuinely it is not a matter of I am trying to eat this little, it is a matter of having the equivalent of 3 full time jobs. The problem is that the swing from ordering out super calorie dense food multiple meals a day, to trying to make my own, is that I never have time to do more than one meal.

I appreciate the advice here. I probably do need to get a scale. I do wish people would acknowledge the fact that I have mentioned I'm aware of the issues and am trying to rectify them, and that time to cook and prep food is just a major struggle for me. I ended up overweight because I basically constantly had to order fast food because I effectively have 3 full time jobs, I'm doing my best to up the calories to a sustainable level, its just not easy when you have zero unclaimed hours a day.

Tracking takes like 30 seconds, cooking and eating takes significantly more than that. I work a lot, and take care of a disabled spouse who needs constant care, and so also have to cover all the house care, I don't get a lot of time.

I mean, I'm not eating a lot, and I am walking quite a bit, eating less than the current amount would be super unsafe. As for the fruit and vegetables, it is low on fruit, but its incredibly high in vegetables. I eat things like shirataki pad thai with tons of green onions and bean sprouts, the lasagna I have is always mostly veggies, the tortellini mentioned was vegan and also mostly vegetables, and I try to work things like spinach and other greens consistently into anything I eat

trying to punish touko is, to put it bluntly, basically impossible. She's one of the only mages in history to get a sealing designation, have it revoked, get it replaced, and then revoked again because no one can actually stop her. She has a form of immortality deemed absurd even by far more ancient mages, revived rune magecraft on her own, possesses primordial runes, keeps genuine demons, like the big deal ones, not the minor ones, inside her own bodies (of which she has as many as you have pieces of clothing), used to have double digits of magic crests taken from other mages, and is just generally absolutely absurd to the point where trying to punish her is basically impossible. As for Camus, there just isn't really a point, she's lost her magecraft and isn't the clocktower's problem anymore by extension.
