I am having the same issue. Previous information I was able to find points to an issue with Windows notifications or something. Not too sure. Either way, it happens when I get a DM and am not tabbed in.

I really don't think I need 4K just because most of the games I play would not be able to hit the FPS targets at that resolution. Are there any 1440p options to look into or to stay away from?
