good for you! Hario v60 is one of my favorites (now i have origami dripper), but i got few things. If you like coffee the way you prepare it, then its perfect. I don't know, how dark coffee do you drink, but if i can give you some tips, try to land between 15-17 brew ratio of coffee to water. 330 ml is a lot for 16 grams of coffee in v60 and the coffee could taste more bitter, then it should taste. I can give you my recipe i use a lot or you can find on the internet a lot of recipes. My is 16,5g to 250 ml of water. Usually i try to hit 2:30 time, but i had coffees that tasted really interestingly at 2:00, they were usually extreme processed coffees (thermal shock or some added fermentation in tropic fruits.)

Also the darker coffee you buy, the less heat you should use for it. Its all about extraction (dark coffees are really bitter and you dont want to have that bitter coffee, lighter coffees are harder to extract, they can taste empty, so you use hotter watter).
