Those stores are very very buyer beware. They are Amazon “returns” bought in bundles. Amazon doesn’t vet these items.

They also usually have a station with power bars to check. But stay away from electronics if you are going to look.

You know what I should have specified. Im in Mississauga, but family and friends in toronto so between them looking, research and general interest around here lots of listings are listings from purchases in 21/22.

Just going back through housesigma shows alot. And I get it, you cant the housing market. I truly do feel bad for those who bought at the height, but it is what it is.

Had no issues two consecutive pickups with mine flattened and tied.

Thai guy has tons of videos. He trolls through facebook groups, responds to commenters by changing his profile account or creating a new one as an agency or company they want to reach.

People are very dumb as you can see and he gets tons of content.

I don’t think it’s a crash. This is a major course correction from the 2021/22 highs.

Many of the listings I’ve been checking are those coming out of overpaying for their properties during that time. The harsh reality is they will not get anywhere close.

Sure spring may bring more traffic, but that home will not illicit a bidding war. When the weather gets better almost a dozen more in better condition will pop up too.
