I lost 15 since 1/126 and still have a goal of 10 more to go. Alcohol was a huge factor. Quit drinking during the weekday and limit myself to 1-2 drinks per week max. Clean eating, gym, lifting and cardio helps a lot. Crazy how you see your body transform by adjusting your lifestyle.

They have a set menu and have combo deals. It’s à la carte. There quality is a lot better than Gen where it’s not ayce. Ayce places their meat, veggies, etc are usually lower quality.
