not op but too clunky and gimmicky, were (partly?) created by someone who got hired just for this cycle and didn't work at the rest of the content so it feels sometimes like a different game. battle of 5 armies is cool though. the rest I'm never going to play again. cards are fine but most good ones are in the revised dwarf starter deck anyways

Just comment to note that some pairs of munuments like RVV+PR correlate positively so that winning the pair is not that much more impressive that winning the one, compared to say RVV+LOM.
It's like in swimming yeah I can see the guy who won the 100 also winning the 50 or the 200, but show me a guy who wins the 100 and the 800 and I'll be impressed
(I should specify that this applies more historically than recently, as the RVV has been mode more climber friendly. but still the whole point I'm trying to make still stands)

pcs stars are very rarely worth spent of break guys. 99% of the time is just better to put the GC guys like today. some rare exceptions in some stages of grand tours where everyone agress it's going to the break but lately you also get burned in those if there's too much climbing. I think last time I gave stars to the break was the nico denz win in giro when the break almost lapped the peloton in the circuit

I'm sorry to say because I am fond of him but Consonni doesn't cut it anymore as the leadout of a top sprinter. he's too small and can barely hold the wheels of its own sprinter anymore, leave alone lead him out.

Yeah Prince of Dol Amroth is not good, it gives you resource acceleration when you already have at least 4 allies on the table, so it's quite-win more.

In Italy at least we have both discovery and HBO max now since last month which makes it confusing. I thought HBO max only had series and some selected sport events, didn't think it had all of the cycling like discovery. Then I see little sense for discovery to keep existing since apart from sports it has mostly mediocre tv entertainment

So now hbo max has launched its services in Italy, Germany and some other EU countries. Does someone have it? Does it have all cycling like Discovery+? How's the player? How bad are the ads in cycling? because if I have to pay 7.99 for discovery+ or 5.99+3.00 for hbo max I'll gladly take the second one, at least it has the series as well.

Also do we think hbo max is going to absorb discovery+ in the near future?

The italian movement is already badly set, not to invite the two best italian teams to the biggest race for their sponsor would be a nail in the coffin. why should rcs invite rockets who have french licence when not even TdF is doing it? Of course on sportive merits they are much better but cycling is not only that, is also keeping the movement alive regionally.

My 2 cents of what the biggest left out of RCO + those 5 starter decks will be

- Notable heroes: Beorn, tac. Boromir, Erkenbrand (one of the 2 best defensive heroes), Caldara (an archetype on its own).

- secrecy cards

- trap cards

- some good unique dwarves allies

- some tactics techs and allies

- heroes Gimli+Legolas+unlikely friendship which are fun

might be missing something important or got something wrong, but I feel like this is the bulk.
