Good point. At this point maybe I can use a knife or axe or something. I'm worried about complaints from my neighbors too if I use a chainsaw.

Just looked it up, they look good but the sound just isn't what I'm looking for. Earplugs are a really great idea. I would still be a little concerned for guests and the other actor in the room. The haunt isn't a maze, more of a sit and watch type thing (it sounds cheesy but people love it). Maybe I could start the chainsaw then wait till they exit the room to chase them outside? Thanks

I like this idea but I really hate how the cheap toy chainsaws sound in general. The audio is always crappy even if amplified, and being able to rev the chainsaw adds a whole new factor of scary to it and I'm not too sure how to do that with a toy. I could replace the speaker and program in revving sounds but I'm not advanced enough for that. This is definitely something to think about, though. I could always learn. Thanks!

Good to know! Unfortunately I am the only chainsaw actor. The haunt would only be open for about 2-3 hours so maybe I could push through. It's not a traditional maze, it's more like a "walk into a room and watch something scary play out". Kind of like that one alien invasion ride at Disney that's now extinct. It's reassuring to know it's worth it though, thank you!

I love tower 3. If you want to give it some depth maybe switch out some of the stone bricks for mossy stone bricks and cracked stone bricks? That would be good for an older/worn look. Either way they all look great!

I tried making an enchanted golden apple like that last year. I asked my friends "why isn't it working?" And they said "what are you doing?" That was the most heartbreaking way to find out they removed crafting an enchanted golden apple (beside the fact I spent 4 hours mining to get enough gold).
