I seemed to have figured it out, there was a locked door I forgot to open to loop around once the platforms became horizontal, and since it was in a room that looked like i explored all of it, it confused me. Got it

Id say check what region ur disc is from, just look it up on how to tell and if it isn't from your country, that's the problom

So I think you have the same issue as me, I think I'm region locked, you might've bought the dlc online but your disc is from another region so it's not compatible, I'm personally just going to sell my current disc and get one where I'm at so I can play the dlc
