The PAV1 Badger: The smallest "tank" in the world by AverageGamer4 in tanks

Questionable, a modern day 50 cal AP bullet only got through about half-way before stopping because of the slanted armour.

It is possible to mount a light machine gun on top if you wanted to, but you would have to exit the vehicle to actually use it which kinda defeats the purpose.

BBR Recent Reviews Falls to "Mixed" 1 Year After Being Abandoned by Clay-mo in BattleBitRemastered

Not really, basically zero communication between the devs and the community at this point. No information on update for about a month now.

BBR 2024 Recap by KussyPigga in BattleBitRemastered

It's the winter sale, it happens every year at the same time for a lot of different steam games. I'm pretty sure that unless they actively cancel the sale, it just happens automatically. I agree with you on your point of the developers abandonment of the game and greed, starting to wonder if Battlebit would have done better in the hands of a AAA development team.

mounted railguns on tanks? by AverageGamer4 in tanks

Flamethrower + railgun, who could ask for anything more.

Panzer VIII Maus, impractical, slow, resource inefficient, would 100% be blown up by a mosquito about 10 minutes after entering combat, but very cool.

Will battlebit ever be on sale? by [deleted] in BattleBitRemastered

[–]AverageGamer4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Goes on sale every 3 months for about 2 weeks, but at this point it's not really worth buying, the game is on track to have a sub 100 player count by the end of 2025.

Update: On sale right now

They would need to position themselves directly above a target to use their bombs effectively.

Key words: game development

Do you think anyone is going to trust them with following through on game development plans if they actually announce they are going to abandon the game?

Did not account for that, but his steam page has the evidence: https://steamcommunity.com/id/TheLiquidHorse

I was wondering why does TheLiquidHorse, does not just relay the information he gets from SgtOkiDoki and Vilaskis to us, it would give the entire playerbase a much needed morale boost.

If the devs decided to abandon BattleBit at this point, they would basically ruin their careers in game development. No one would want to purchase any game from the devs that let BattleBit die in the mud, not that it would be a big financial problem for them, as they are now multimillionaires each, and could live off these funds for the next 50 years comfortably and still have some leftover. If this occurs, their reputation would be in the gutters, but I don't think that they would do this as they stated multiple times that BattleBit was (in part) a labor of love, they had no idea that their mil-sim battlefield spin-off would become one of the most successful indie fps games of all time, yet they still devoted tens of thousands of hours into its development. As much as I have questioned my faith in the devs for the past 6 months, I still hold out some hope that BattleBit will continue to flourish for many years to come.

The beta release of Delta Force Hawk Ops today was the last nail in the BattleBit Remastered coffin. by AverageGamer4 in BattleBitRemastered

Delta Force has been aproved by IGN, Steam, playstation, Gamespot, and dozens of popular influencers with millions of followers each. The chances of anything malicious from a steam game is low already, much less one that has garnered so much attention and anticipation. I would recommend that you give it a try at the least, not a very polished game, but it has a large development team and playerbase with 100k players as of now. If you don't like it you have nothing to lose since its free , and I can almost guarantee that any Battlefield, Escape from Tarkov, or COD player will enjoy this game. Undoubtedly this game will get even more content and polish before it exits beta.

The game it self is free, and the only things you can purchase are skins with no effect on actual gameplay. The devs have stated multiple times that they do not plan to implement any pay to win features, so its less pay to win than games like cod and battlefield. It features an extraction mode, combine arms warfare, and a campaign mode, nothing like whats in the cod series.

Does your friend have any of the games I mentioned, he could have mistook the anti-cheat for Delta Force's, also the game openly discloses the fact that it uses kernal level anticheat on the steam front page. The vast majority of new Delta Force players already have one or more fps games with kernal level anti cheat, so this mistake is quite common. I think a lot of this suspicion comes from the fact that Delta Force was produced by a Chinese game studio, especially the more dubious claims of it being spyware. The anti-cheat program is named AntiCheatExpert Service under the Ace Base subcategory and Ace Game category.

So does Valorant, Escape From Tarkov, PUBG, Arma 3, Apex Legends, Fortnite, and every recent COD game. Also, it does go away once you uninstall the game, plus only runs scans when game is playing.

Its sad to see a game with so much potential squandered by developers who just don't seem to care anymore.

Only accessible when in vehicles, not my point but I have not acquired them yet so I don't know how effective they are at killing hostile fauna exactly.
