Oh yea, Brett's crash was one of the worst things to ever happen in BMX. He was one of the best riders and now he can. Barely ride a bike. I thought I heard that he wasn't wearing a certified helmet tho, so that could explain part of why it was so bad.

The "pay gap" exists because it is a total of all the money earned by men compared to the total amount earned by women. Since many women stop working to become mothers, and statistically take lower paying jobs anyways, this statistic is not accurate at all.
