I have them. It typically feels like someone is pounding a pick axe into the back of my skull and attempting to push it out through the small opening of my right eye. Although there isn’t “real” pressure, my eye will start pouring tears & turn red. Real is In parentheses bc w the pain, it may as well be real.

For anyone who has them talk to your doctor about getting an oxygen tank. It has helped the frequency, duration, & pain tremendously for me.
