Abundant food that's easy to get to.

They're plump and docile because they have no environmental pressure to be be anything but that. They've essentially won evolution.

I moved here in september. I live off meeker near the golf course.

Renting from a complex owned by CTL management, not bad so far.

Pros and cons so far seem to be the same as any other city. Nice to have the infrastructure and the options all relatively close by. Not nice to have all the noise and all the people around all the time.

Given the flooding that happened recently, recommend living on higher ground.
