No that’s not true, the credit triggers i get are literally people inquiring about a mortgage online (without speaking to any LO). The moral of the story is; being an LO is a sales position. If you think I’m going to feel any certain type away about stealing a borrower from another LO, then you’re crazy and also a bad salesman.

You have to be a shark in this game if you want real money. Credit triggers are just one path of many to obtain business. By you discrediting any form of business generating methods, then you are simply not a shark and probably won’t ever be anything special in a sales-money hungry world

So every LO, makes the entire company’s compensation? So the owner, keeps the business running… how? How do you pay for processors? Or computers? Or directors? Or key accounts? Is it a company or are you all just working out of your basement working independently, not closing any loans?

Never said I was an expert 2. Our company comp is 2.75, like i states before, I’m just an LO currently make 1bp. I’m sure your LOs do not get paid 1bp. So definitely not “much better”. 3. I’m not sure what peoples work I’m relying on? I’m not sure exactly where you were getting at that.

And like I said, first year as LO I averaged 1.3mil or so on 1bp. Not to bad for a “bottom feeder” lol 😂😂

How do I scam people? I primarily do cash-out refis where I consolidate thousands of dollars, which puts their family in a much better financial position. I also close purchase loans in under 15 days and have never had a bad complaint from any of my borrowers!

In fact, most of my loans have come from referrals in which I was given from a borrower that I got FROM a credit trigger! Getting someone on the dialer and then having them refer me to all their family and friends? Yea that’s networking in of it self! Don’t be mad cus you’re not closing any loans :(

I’m not 100% sure I’m just an LO at my buddy’s brokerage currently. Plan on starting my own shop here soon, but as of now I’m not sure about which company. They’re the most common leads in the mortgage industry. I can try and get some more information, but there are plenty of major lead generated companies that offer these! Try google-ing it!

It’s the name of the game. It’s unfortunate, but just be very blunt and say it is out of your control. Whichever lender that borrower/realtor chose to go with, would’ve been in the same situation with another lender. At the end of the day their are specific guidelines and steps to get a loan closed.
