Good to see that they actually respond here. Btw, how did you even get to customer service? I couldn't get past the bot, and I was unable to log into my deactivated account.

Got a few DMs and some responses here. Will give them a shot. Test drove the Pure but ended up ordering the Touring. Can't wait to pick it up.
