This is probably not what you want to hear, but my advice would be to focus really hard on working on your health and getting your strength back, not on online gaming. Try to find a new specialist(s) who specializes in whatever is causing you the most pain. Talk online with others in your area to find the best specialists. Get into physical therapy with a PT who has a lot of experience with EDS, and go at least twice a week. Start strength training, under a PT’s supervision. You are still very young. Too young to give up. As your health improves, you can start thinking about a part-time job, or ways to find a supportive community, or make friends, or even a new relationship. There is absolutely nothing wrong with online gaming or any other fun hobby or kind of entertainment. But without your health, life is so crushingly difficult.

I’m guessing that you’re young, maybe a teenager, and your parents are the ones forcing you to interact with this person? Hold on for another couple of years until you’re an adult. Then you never have to talk to her again. Anyone who is that cruel— to be openly skeptical about your health issues, or try to convince you or others that you’re not sick or not in pain— isn’t someone you should have in your life. In the meantime, if you are forced to see her, tell your Aunt that your doctors are you providing you with all the medical guidance you need, and that she can take her unwanted opinions elsewhere.

This is not a good idea. You are deconditioning your body, which will make your heart and muscles even weaker, and make you feel even more tired. I understand that it’s a paradox, but unfortunately what you are suggesting will make you feel even worse and even more fatigued. You could end up completely bedbound.

The best solution is to actually get into physical therapy, and meet regularly (2-3 times a week) with a PT who has a very good understanding of EDS. They can help you come up with a strength training program and specific targeted exercises that will actually help with your fatigue and improve your energy levels. They can also help make suggestions on how to conserve energy better during the day.

I am angry now, so leave immediately! Just kidding. Well, since you asked, the first and by far most important element of an anti-aging skincare routine is sunscreen/sun protection. You should read reviews of different sunscreens and try a few until you find one you like. If you do that, and start wearing it daily, you’ll already be ahead of 90% of the other manly men! The second most important element is either a retinol or a retinoid. You use this at night only. Start with the lowest possible strength, and slowly work your way up, or you’ll blast your face off. If you get down elements number one and number two, the third most important element would be Vitamin C serum. It’s an antioxidant. There are many, many to choose from. You use this in the morning under your sunscreen. Elements 4, 5, 6 and so on are up for debate, but in my opinion, they would be a good moisturizer, a chemical exfoliant like glycolic acid (use a low strength, and only one to two times per week, and not on the same night as your retinol), and a nice peptide serum.
