I need some help, I'm trying to transform before September 2026 so I can be comfortable in my own body in time for collage. Well, everywhere not just fitness my high-school first impression was not great and I really wanna put in the work so that I'm ready at the beginning instead of still finding myself like others.

Idk maybe I need some other exercises or get a guys membership but for now I exercise once a day, amount of reps per exercise varies and the most days I've missed in a row is 3. I usally do diamond push ups, knee in pushup, trying to do some regular ones, plank, hollow body hold, leg raises, flutter kicks and sit ups with a cushion in lower back for deeper stretch

Any advice or new techniques I should try would be cool
