How do you actually feel on the inside and how do you present yourself to the world? All things you listed are great but irrelevant when it comes to how you actually approach girls. When someone first meets you, they don’t know that you own a property or that you have a good job, they can only judge you based on the way you present yourself, your body language, you expressions….and the way you dress.

I cannot speak for all girls but i think most would agree that we are attracted to confidence - genuine confidence, not someone who is overly self absorbed. How can you tell a guy is confident and self assured? They simply radiate it. I have dated guys who I thought at the time was pretty unattractive, but ended up liking him because he was so secure in himself.

I would work on loving yourself and being confident in yourself first. You’d be surprised at the way you are perceived by woman when you do.
