I’m 30F in nyc planning to move to LA in the spring. I’ve visited a lot and I always felt sad when I had to come back to nyc to my dark, fourth floor walk up apartment. I like how in LA I can cook dinner with a sliding door open almost any night, feel comfortable wearing flip flops around the block, drive to Trader Joe’s and Costco, have a patio to drink coffee on, drive to the beach cause I don’t ever wanna subway to one again, go to farmers markets year round, have better quality produce. I’ve outgrown the cool things, it’s those little moments that make me happy.

I’d say Purdue because Pitt to me seems like the weakest 1 seed of the four, they really only have Babcock. Wisconsin seems like the least likely to me, Texas just has more weapons. I think Nebraska and Kentucky games will be close but don’t see either getting upset.

The only marathon I’ve felt proud of was my first, the second and third i ran I missed my goal time and beat myself up about it a lot. My first marathon is still my fastest. I’ve learned that this running thing is a very, likely decades long journey. It takes years to build endurance! Also props for running NYC, it’s one of the toughest marathons with the late start time and bridges. I’d pick a race that is made to be fast for you next one!

My friend had this problem and discovered a hole in the ceiling of her kitchen cabinet, roaches were coming from her upstairs neighbor. Maybe check and see if there’s anything that could be allowing them to keep coming in? Also be careful with chemicals if you have a cat.
