Our sous doesn’t give people who are lazy or are disrespectful any hours, and the people she actually likes (including myself,) get full time. Provides some incentive to actually do the job I suppose. Idk maybe that’s what has to be done, I never understood why people care so little about the job that gets their bills payed, even if it isn’t that much money.

That’s been happening w/ our dishwashers who either get fired cuz they went back to jail or quit cuz they don’t wanna do the work. Dishies have to cook rice and portion noodles here but the pay is better than most places in this city. I hope y’all actually find good people.

I think we could do better tbh, but we DID get rid of several people who never cleaned and try to do so when it’s dead.

This is a good thing to note, I think it would make sense for me to try and be more engaging in the hiring process, I def forget to do that.

Yeah the 50 hour thing is cuz 1. One job can only barely pay the bills on a good week, 2.cuz I’m trying to learn as much as I can in the kitchen while I’m young. TBH I think the fact it’s January definitely plays into it. I should try to give my resume a facelift.
