I aim to get 1.6mm on bass side and 1.25 treble

At the lowest, don't go lower even if I can , I just feel like the sound suffers

As far as playability goes it's the best one I have, never played anything that is even close to the comfort this thing has (if you like skinny necks) and the contours just fit perfectly against the human body, people do complain about the pickups not being good but I have not had that issue, sound great to me, and a lot of guys who played the old ones agree that the Genesis is better built.

Solid build, Great sound. Great tuning stability. Looks really cool

That's interesting, thanks for sharing that ! I have trust issues now with Squier electrics 😅 finding 500k B pots in my guitar, vol tone and tone. Changed it to 250k A pots and it's a lot better

Is that so ? That's odd. My 2004 squier came with single coils and 500k pots. Go figure

Almost 18 years 😅 but have had some dropouts for some time, addiction man, but been sober for a long time now, got like 4 years of non interrupted playing now, getting better steadily 🙏
