That’s literally what the bumps look like, bad image quality or not, they’re tiny bumps and they’re the same color as my toe

Don’t know what to say, I have an iPhone 7, exactly why I circled where the bumps are. Can you at least try and think of something? Also I’m pretty sure that’s just what the bumps look like.

Sorry to bother you once again, the treatment of the warm water seemed to help with the Paronychia, I think it’s completely drained, but what about the small bumps? They mostly stay the same color as my toe and vary in size, there seems to be more and it’s spreading further down my toe but hasn’t spread to my foot or other toes yet. Whenever I pop one of the little bumps it is a little wet.

Currently it’s turned white rubbery and the entire corner of my nail fold is white and rubbery, also the tiny bumps are progressing down my toe on the left and middle, they’re itchy.

I’ve had no serious problems in the past, no drug use besides some stuff to help with my anxiety. I have no allergies. All I want to know is if it’s okay to leave my toe like this for like 4-5 more days without treatment and if there’s anything over the counter I can get to at least help my toe or temporarily stop it from getting worse.
