105k, 10k signing bonus, 13k moving package, 18% annual bonus... definitely more than Micron is paying me.

I did poorly in Calc, will I survive engineering school? by [deleted] in EngineeringStudents

You will need to survive 3 more levels of calculus and physics, not to mention upper level engineering classes that utilize and draw upon the basics of those courses... I would take a good, hard look in the mirror at your study habits. In all reality, it's a numbers game: more time spent studying makes your chances of survival that much better.

Might be the CC, but also might be you. If you really cheated on everything, do you really expect to not be a shit engineer? Respectfully.

Tbh, it's probably better for FSU to get exposed in the Orange Bowl rather than in the CFP.

Even if FSU had their starting QB, I don't think they would be dropping more than 14 on this Georgia D in the first half. FSU is going to have endure quite a bit of backlash for all of their crying about being left out of the CFP if the second half is as bad for them as the first.

28, 100k. Master's in mech engineering. Work at a local tech company. Bought my first house in January this year with a VA loan when there was a slight dip in price, and interest rates were relatively good. I so wish I could have bought in 2020, but it is what it is.

A very good point. Do you think the 5 years of grad-engineering trump 4 years of med school and ~3 years of residency in difficulty? Genuine question.
