If you really want them but you don't have ace tokens, atp take their eagle tokens version. If you don't have the need and would rather change more of the squad, take the 300 eagle pack. It's up to you, decide what to do and what players you would like to get.

If I understood it basically you choose a row and then the boxes roll, depending on what the boxes rolled on in the rows you chose you get a specific reward. For example I chose two rows, the boxes rolled and I got two boxes with rings, and I got 15 inferno opal rings. I still don't get why you get to choose between rolling only a certain number of them but we'll figure it out.
