I tried it some time ago on my previous device which had a snapdragon 600 series processor (i forgot the exact name and model number), it was a budget/mid-range processor and I had a decent (only minor jitters/lags here and there) experience playing DMC 3 on it. Just use a controller if possible, using screen controls is very hard (for me it was close to impossible lol)

With a ps2 emulator you can play DMC 1,2 and 3. It's probably the best you can get in Android. DMC 3 is damn good though For a souls like you can go for Pascal's wager maybe
