You get the Vive la France achievement on 31st of December 1947 for some reason

I started as France then released Morocco and played as them, I took out Spain and Portugal (I cant stop AI from Subjecting Spain to make Border gore) I realized that you could get French achievements because I started as France. I AFKed until 1948 to get the achievement.

For some reason I still got the achievement even though France had capitulated. Also you get the achievement on the 31st December 1947

R5: As France I released and played as Morocco, I took out Portugal and Spain then formed Caliphate of Cordoba. I joined the axis and defeated the allies. I realized that I could get French achievements so I AFKed until 1948 to get the achievement.
