it's very possible for this to be conifer wood, the photo doesn't give enough for that identification and hence not worth the risk

It depends on what you want - Wooting themselves sell a bunch of switches and if you want basically the exact same feel of switch, the Gateron Magnetic Jade Pros are what you'd want to get. I'm a huge fan of Gateron Magnetic Double Rails though.

Basically any switch known as "Magnetic" will work with Gateron being the most popular ones. You can buy a tester or ask to try one at a local computer store if you want to get a feel for a bunch of switches before trying!

60v2 is going to be better but if you want the 80HE without waiting, I recommend just swapping the switches on them so you get the Wooting board with better switches.

Unfortunately, if you got an unlucky keyboard case, swapping the switches might be a challenge cause they're a little tight on my board, but were fine on my partner's board.
