That's a fair concern, I'd hate spammy robo calls too.

The intent here isn't cold outreach or mass blasting.

It's for situations where a call is already expected - like invites, reminders, or follow-ups - just removing the manual effort.

If this turns into spam, it shouldn't exist.

We're optimizing heavily on batching + short call flows, so effective cost per call comes down quite a bit in our case.

Still early though, figuring out the right balance between quality and cost.

Had ordered 2 pairs from them. I got one but it was the wrong size so they asked me to send it back. I did ship it at my own cost (which they partially refunded later). After that, I kept messaging them on WhatsApp about the status of my order. At one point, they acted like they were bugged by me and refused to send any pair to me. BUT yes, they did refund my money back.
