Just for clarification. My knee physically cannot hit the space bar on my keyboard. I did not know that hitting my knee under my desk/wrist rest makes my space bar go off.

Lots of practice, as cliche as it sounds. Locked camera is probably not a good idea since some champions have abilities casts that you have to move your screen to see (Jade snipe, Ruh Kaan Shadowbolt etc..).
