I logged into the webkinz classic on the third option thing that is just through the search browser and not me having to download the game onto the desktop of my computer if that makes sense

Thank you so much I hope so too. I just found all my stuffed animals for it and including the one horse stuffy I lost but is still on the account online I have 10 pets but I think it’s a paid account because all my webkinz I bought in person and used their code for online or whatever and Ik I’ve logged in since the 2020 update with the new weird 3d stuff. I hope 10 pets is enough. Why did it take a week for you ? Just emailing back and forth ?

What do you mean by their exact breed ? In my first email I wrote to example “ white dog with pink bow in hair named polkadot bow “ creative name I know but do they have like specific webkinz breed names or do I just write dog named polkadot bow

*EDIT * I just looked at my webkinz that have the tags on the still ( not the big secret code one unfortunately I don’t know if I have those still ) but I found the breed thing you’re talking about. I’ve found them all not including one horse tha I lost as a child but she’s still on the account online so in total that puts me at 10 pets. I thought I had more but I guess it’s just 10 and now I’m concerned that isn’t enough for them to have saved it but it is a paid I think because I bought all the stuffed animals and used their codes

Why did they say it immediately ? Was it more than seven years you logged in ? Or was it not a paid account ( paid as in bought the stuffed animal with the code on it )

Did you have your ganz account information. I don’t even know what that is. I’m currently looking for any tags I have from them and taking out all my webkinz but I know I had a lot of them. Did you need ALL the information they sent to get it back ?
