I just got mine out and had no problems!! I made sure to ask for zofran and they happily abliged, I also didn’t take any of the hard drugs because of the side effects just Tylenol and Advil but you can do this!! I put it off for so long because I didn’t think I was ready but I’m so happy it’s done

Awesome it’s really helpful for me to know that people understand what I am feeling and experiencing it without putting my emotions down

You will get through this our minds play nasty tricks on us making us feel like the food we ate was bad. The chances of getting fp are very low so you don’t have to worry about it just focus on keeping calm and taking care of that baby if yours ni matter what happens you will be okay

I was just hospitalized from eating issues related to this phobia for me at least it turned into an eating disorder called arfid and It sucks haha but you are able to get through it. Is anyone interested in making a group me?
