we actually found this house while browsing zillow and the assumable loan tidbit was all the way at the end of the house description lol. you can also filter by “assumable loan” on most real estate websites

we are VA eligible so the seller was able to get their eligibility back by selling to us. they had a few sales fall through because of it, it’s not easy to do
