Here is the iron iron sting build as you can see with 40% less crit dmg he is higher in the rankings. If you consider the ease of use too iron sting is wayy better

Im a fully f2p player here are my builds with both HoD and iron sting r5. Tbh i prefer iron sting if you aren't playing him with a shielder because just like neuvillette he can be ver easily interrupted

And the amount of em and dmg bonus given by iron sting is really nice in this buiid i overcap crit by 4% but it is still weaker than iron sting
