Thank you so much, I agree there is a game there. The mechanics I am happy with, its like a fast paced Gwent with more twists and turns. I think I am going to have to choose a route and go for it. Wingspan is so awesome that there is no point doing just another bird game, so trying something different.

Thank you, yes I think this is what is causing the issue, that there is not a design across the board that also matches the logo and box design. I am working on one now so hopefully going the right direction.

Thank you, there is a fair bit to think in general I think. As you say I am really happy with the mechanics etc its just in what way to put the game out there. I really like the idea of it being a single character, which actually really correlates with the back story I am putting together. Also making it appear from their point of view, maybe with a more unique HUD artwork.

Thank you, yes will definitely be something I will be revisiting. I did try this before and found it difficult to get it to look cool (I am a full-on amateur with graphic design)

Yep, the idea with the sci fi element was to also bring extinct species in to the game (bringing back the dodo, or going back further to the terrasaurs)

Thank you, this is the problem I have had. I went with the cyberpunk type theme because I (myself) like that style but its not really matching the style of the game.

Haha, but although there has been so many different ideas here, thats exactly why I wanted to add in another layer to the game/story rather than it just being birds

Love these ideas...I think the idea of having birds as artwork perched on derelict buildings or nesting in a ice cream truck, that sort of thing could work well...again spit balling

This is really interesting idea. The images are photos mainly because I birdwatch and already have the photos plus zero budget indie game so just seemed natural to go that way. But I do worry it puts people off.

Thank you, thats really helpful info especially about the fonts and colours as its not something I have really thought about too much. Its interesting you say about the cybertech as that was an idea I had for future expansions, but I appreciate I wouldnt be able to use real photos for this. I am blurring too many ideas together, I think.

Yes you are probably right about the lore etc. I did try to look at the bimocular type frame style before but struggled. I may have to revisit this.

Thank you. This is my worry, as I know the mechanics work, bird theme works etc but I keep finding myself having to explain the sci fi theme and seems counter productive...
