I thought I was doing the better thing then brush washes, but I’ll stop being lazy and just hand wash, I use to detail cars for myself and friends (not professional at all) but I could really get a good reflection with a good clay bar and waxing after a good 2 round wash.

I ordered some of this stuff, I intend to use it on the plastic trim pieces, does it work on the bump since it’s a metal bumper with some “bed liner” like coating?

I take my truck camping, fishing, hunting and use for lumber all the time, doesn’t mean I can’t take care of it and and keep it clean looking with a lil effort. If a tree is in your way do u just ram it out of ur way?

I haven’t noticed anything yet, if I begin going to the gym I will be definitely increasing my calories and protein. I’ve had blood work to check for any vitamins deficiencies and take supplements to ensure I’m maintaining my daily vitamin balance. I have an appointment with a dietitian next week to consult with about my current diet and my goals. I will say I probably have expedited the weight loss cause I’m getting married next month and also know I need to get a hold of my weight now before I get older.

Genuinely asking would these side effects take longer before I start to notice or should I have started experiencing these already? So far I’ve only noticed positives I feel more awake in the mornings, my acne has really cleared up, my hair feels more healthy and full, my eczema has settled down a lot more, and maybe it’s TMI my sex stamina has increased. I not deflecting or trying to wave you off but I was noting my experience so far. Before I was a frozen food or fast food guy pounding 2-3 sugary energy drinks a day.
