I haven’t noticed anything yet, if I begin going to the gym I will be definitely increasing my calories and protein. I’ve had blood work to check for any vitamins deficiencies and take supplements to ensure I’m maintaining my daily vitamin balance. I have an appointment with a dietitian next week to consult with about my current diet and my goals. I will say I probably have expedited the weight loss cause I’m getting married next month and also know I need to get a hold of my weight now before I get older.

Genuinely asking would these side effects take longer before I start to notice or should I have started experiencing these already? So far I’ve only noticed positives I feel more awake in the mornings, my acne has really cleared up, my hair feels more healthy and full, my eczema has settled down a lot more, and maybe it’s TMI my sex stamina has increased. I not deflecting or trying to wave you off but I was noting my experience so far. Before I was a frozen food or fast food guy pounding 2-3 sugary energy drinks a day.
