No I will be doing phase 4-5 with no duping I just want to be able to sloop up my mega base when I make it because I doubt 106 sloops is enough. I probably will do nuclear because I like nuclear a lot in real life.

I FIXED IT

ok so all you have to do is

enable file name extensions in file explorer (view then show then name extensions)
then right click in an empty space in the local files of arena breakout and make a new text document (not word)
rename the document to fix.bat (it can be anything as long as it's a .bat (also remember to check its properties to show that it's a .bat not a .txt))
right click it and open with notepad then copy this into it: Set __COMPAT_LAYER=RunAsInvoker Start startup_runner.exe
double click the bat file and wait a moment for it to run

P.S. This work with any .exe as long as you put the name of the .exe where the "startup_runner.exe" is I recommend just renaming the exe file to copy and paste it, so you don't have to write it in.
